POUND is a full body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming using slightly weighted Ripstix.

This 45 minute class fuses Cardio, Pilates, Plyometrics and Isometric poses that strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles whilst drumming your way to a leaner, stronger physique – all the while rocking out to your favourite music!
